Fall 2008 REGISTRATION:
AASA WILL OFFER
a 10 game FALL season:
OVER 40 MEN@1pm,3pm&5pm STARTS Sunday, September 7th
OVER
19 MEN @7pm & 9pm, STARTS Sunday, September 7th
OVER
50 MEN @ 7:30pm,
STARTS Thursday, September11th
All games are played at the Harold Patterson Sports Complex.
REGISTRATION
WILL BE ONLINE ONLY- A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. Late registration allowed only if teams are
needed to fill out a division.

WHEN: Sunday, August 3rd- Wednesday, August 6th.
COST: Total cost to register
a team with AASA is the team fee plus the player fees.
Total cost for a team to play: Team fee + player fees + referee fees. (Referee fees are extra and paid by each team at the fields so this amount should be figured
into your per player cost.)
A $200.00 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE AT REGISTRATION. This deposit counts toward the team fee.
*** IMPORTANT***--The balance of ALL FEES—Player and Team is due by Wednesday, September
24th. Teams who do not pay the fees either by check or credit card will be removed from the schedule.

TEAM FEES: $430.00
PLAYER FEES: $38.00 per player--add $2.00 if an ID card is needed
All players are new in the Fall and
must pay NTSSA
insurance which is included in the player fee.
**Secondary
player fee- $24.00 per player of $26.00 if an ID is needed.
Secondary is for players that paid
primary insurance through another North Texas team or league. Players must show proof that insurance was paid to another North Texas outdoor league before secondary status is accepted.
REFEREE
FEES: * $500.00 per
team--10 games @$50.00 per game
Referee
fees will not be collected by AASA and will be paid by each team at the field at the time of the game. *referees get
paid even if your team forfeits for any reason.
TEAMS
MUST REGISTER A MINIMUM OF 8 PLAYERS, MAXIMUM ON A ROSTER IS 24.
***Coaches must enter ALL of the
player's information for that person to be considered a registered player. This includes returning players even if they have
played for 100 years and are in the AASA computer. Please update this information
as needed.
PLAYERS MUST TURN THE MINIMUM AGE OF THEIR LEAGUE BY 12/31/2008
Ÿ Players may be added until Wednesday, September
24th.
Ÿ Players must be dropped by Wednesday, September 3rd to receive credit.
Once the season starts the team must pay for anyone on their roster.
Ÿ Packet pick up: Date to be announced.
ID CARDS:
Returning teams should turn their old cards in ASAP(after all Summer games are completed).
FOR
NEW PLAYER ID CARDS please provide a SMALL PICTURE and a readable COPY OF A DRIVER'S
LICENSE for proof of age. Please make sure that all pictures are clearly labeled
with the player and team name.

Please turn in the cards or pictures +copy of driver’s license as soon as possible so they
